Scheduled Maintenance Sunday, February 10 2019
In Heads up by Dom Hutton | January 25, 2019 ∙ 2 min read
On Sunday February 10 2019 at 1am AEST, we will be taking Tanda offline for 4 hours to improve our security measures. We will be modifying our primary database to improve our security posture for all customers, putting us further ahead of the current regulatory requirements relevant to working with your data. This is part of a broader body of work we’re completing to ensure we handle your data with the care it deserves.
What’s changing?
The Tanda system and features you use daily will remain the same. This update is purely behind the scenes.
What does the move mean for you?
Tanda will be offline for a maximum of 4 hours between 1am and 5am AEST. During this time, you will be unable to access the website. However, staff will still be able to use the time clock and data will sync to Tanda when we come back online at 5am. From 5am, it’ll be business as usual.
If you have any questions or concerns, please don’t hesitate to send us an email at support@tanda.co or give us a call on 1300 859 117. Our team will also be on hand during the scheduled outage. We’ll send you a notification 30 minutes prior to the downtime, just as a reminder.
